We are pleased to announce that the Firm's former law clerk Anne Chang passed the California Bar Examination and has joined the Firm as an Associate. Anne brings with her a wide range of political and governmental experience. After a brief stint in the White House Office of Public Liaison, she continued to work in government at the state level—from political fundraising to serving in former California Governor Gray Davis' administration as a liaison to the Asian Pacific American community. In the past few months, we have also added Dafna Hopenstand to our ranks. Dafna received her undergraduate degree in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she received the Samson Fellowship. As an environmental litigator, Dafna manages environmental claims including Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) litigation cases, and common law claims including indemnification and insurance matters.
