THE FIRM CONTINUES TO ADD DEPTH TO ITS CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION PRACTICE WITH THE ADDITION OF GEORGE DALE

 

George Dale was the founding partner of the law firm Dale, Braden & Hinchcliffe, as well as the founding partner of DBH Resources, a national risk management consultancy.  Most recently, Mr. Dale served as Co-Chair of the National Residential Practice for Aon Risk Services, Inc.  He is a 1985 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Southwestern University School of Law.  He has tried many cases to verdict and has several reported decisions.

 

Mr. Dale has lectured and written extensively on risk management topics around the world and has been quoted in publications such as Business Insurance, Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times and many Builder publications.  He served as the Chairman of the Construction Defect Resolution Task Force for the California Building Industry Association which championed the nation’s first Right to Repair legislation (SB 800) and remains an active leader within that organization.  He is the recipient of numerous industry awards for his service to the homebuilding industry.

 

Mr. Dale has been involved in the residential construction industry’s reform efforts as an attorney, legislative advisor, risk management consultant and insurance consultant for over twenty five years, leading efforts to achieve more rational results in construction disputes, having worked on various legislative initiatives such as the SB 800 (the Right to Repair Bill) and AB 2732 (the indemnity and wrap up reform bill).  Mr. Dale continues to work with builders, insurance brokers and insurance carriers to create effective risk management strategies as well as creating new insurance products while directly assisting builders and carriers in litigated matters.
