L.A. Superior Court Judge Jane Johnson abruptly ended a podiatrist’s charge that our client, Physician’s Choice Billing Service, had collaborated with a former medical associate to start a new medical practice using patient contact information.  Granting a motion for summary judgment crafted by John Lawrence and Ani Adjemian, Judge Johnson concluded that there was no evidence whatsoever to support the claim against our client.  John Lawrence successfully argued the highly contested matter prior to Judge Johnson’s transfer to Central Civil West.
