A 2000 graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, and a 1997 cum laude graduate of University of California at Los Angeles. Ms. Kiaei concentrates her work to support the Firm’s litigation related Practice Areas. Ms. Kiaei has represented commercial and residential real property owners in lease disputes, municipalities and businesses in complex environmental actions involving CERCLA cost recovery actions, air pollution matters involving the AQMD, naturally occurring asbestos and industrial asbestos. Ms. Kiaei has gained a reputation as an aggressive litigator in these fields. Ms. Kiaei frequently sits on the panel of Judges for the Vincent S. Dalsimer Appellate Advocacy Tournament, and judges various Moot Court competitions at Pepperdine University. Ms. Kiaei is also an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association as well as the American Bar Association. Ms. Kiaei is fluent in Farsi.
