Mr. Katz graduated from California State University at Northridge in 1992 where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and American Government.  He earned his Juris Doctorate degree through Golden Gate University and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1999, the Nevada Bar in 2001, and Arizona Bar in 2002.  Mr. Katz is also admitted to practice before the District Court of Nevada as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Mr. Katz brings to the Firm his extensive background in defending complex construction dispute and construction defect matters, as well as defending toxic tort litigation.  Mr. Katz is a resident of the Firm’s Las Vegas office and concentrates his work for the Firm in these areas of expertise in matters pending in Nevada and Arizona.
