Mr. Rasmussen earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1990. Mr. Rasmussen served as a public relations intern with the National Basketball Association, and subsequently worked in marketing for the Los Angeles Clippers. Mr. Rasmussen attended the evening program at Loyola Law school while working full-time in marketing for Santa Anita Park. Mr. Rasmussen graduated from Loyola Law School in 1998.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Rasmussen honed his legal skills at a boutique firm specializing in environmental litigation. Mr. Rasmussen’s practice areas include environmental litigation, toxic tort, complex business and employment litigation representing defendants and plaintiffs in Federal and State Court.
