The Editor-in-Chief of its Law Review and a 1989 graduate of Southwestern University School of Law, having obtained his undergraduate degree from University of California, at Los Angeles, Mr. Booth has concentrated his work in the Firm’s Toxic Tort Defense, Environmental, Construction, Appellate, and Regulatory Advocacy practice areas. Mr. Booth has also developed a particular expertise in stormwater discharge regulation and related litigation. In addition to California, Mr. Booth is admitted to practice in the state courts of Nevada and in that capacity assists in representing the Firm’s growing construction litigation practice.
Mr. Booth is particularly experienced at coordinating industry wide efforts in both environmental and toxic tort suits, serving as Defense Group Liaison Counsel in several massive toxic tort cases. He also serves as an officer of several non-profit corporations dedicated to assisting industry in regulatory compliance issues. In addition, Mr. Booth has an accomplished track record as an appellate advocate on behalf of the Firm’s clients.
Mr. Booth has lectured to numerous industry groups on diverse legal issues such as “What To Do When The Regulators Are At Your Door,” and “Industry Obligations Under California’s Storm Water Regulations.”
