RAYMOND PARK, ASSOCIATE

 

Mr. Park earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2004 from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.  During law school, Mr. Park was a member of Loyola’s National Moot Court Team and served on Loyola’s Scott Moot Court Honors Board.  Mr. Park received top ten brief honors during Loyola’s Scott Moot Court Competition and Mr. Park acted as the team brief editor for Loyola’s National Moot Court Team.  In 2001, Mr. Park graduated with cum laude honors from the University of California, Irvine, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and a minor in history.  At UCI, Mr. Park was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society and the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society.  Mr. Park was admitted to the California State Bar in 2005.

Mr. Park focuses his practice on civil litigation matters including construction litigation.  Mr. Park specializes in representing developers and builders in complex multi-party construction cases, and Mr. Park has extensive experience representing developers, builders, and general contractors in pre-litigation matters pursuant to California’s right to repair laws under Title 7 of the California Civil Code (commonly known as “SB 800”).  Mr. Park’s practice areas also include representing builders in toxic exposure claims, enforcement of contractual indemnity and additional insurance rights, breach of contract claims, and general tort liability defense.
