Mr. Dale serves as Of Counsel to the firm and concentrates his practice in the construction area; both in the litigation arena as well as assisting clients create and implement risk mitigation strategies. Mr. Dale was the founding partner of Dale, Braden & Hinchcliffe, a construction litigation law firm in California and Nevada, as well as the founding partner of DBH Resources, a nationwide risk management consulting practice. Most recently, Mr. Dale served as Co-Chair of the national residential insurance practice for Aon Risk Services in Los Angeles. Mr. Dale is a 1985 summa con laude graduate of Southwestern University School of Law and has tried many cases to verdict and the appellate level. Mr. Dale is active in the residential construction industry, having served on the Board of the California Building Industry Association and Chair of the Construction Dispute Resolution committee which championed the nation's first right to repair statute (SB 800). Mr. Dale is an active speaker and author on risk management topics and has been quoted frequently in many industry and business publications.
